Fat Bikes Make Spring Fun

image2

Any biking is great but sometimes the weather in spring is not awesome for riding.  You come across mud on the gravel trails.  Singletrack is not ready to ride yet.

Fat Bike!   Fatty's ride over anything.  Beach? YES.  Soupy gravel trails? YES. Double Track? YES!

From Instruction

Angela & Matthew, husband & wife, have been riding together for nearly 20 years.  In the last 10 they included snow riding to make the winters exciting.
Both Angela & Matt are certified coaches and instructors on mountain bikes, and nothing is more thrilling to them than teaching someone how to ride a mountain bike.  Fat bikes are simply another style of biking.

With their instruction you will feel confident to shred the singletrack any time of year!

To Social Rides

image5

Riding on trails is fun, but riding on the trails with friends and groups is "funner"!
Group Rides are a great way to experience the woods all year round.  All our social rides are no-drop rides.  That means you will never be left alone in the woods to figure your way out.

We Have Bikes

image6

Our bikes are regularly maintained for optimal performance.
We will spend time with you to be sure you understand what they can do for your ride.

About Us

Him

image11

Matt is an exceptional teacher.  He started riding bikes with his dad when he was a wee lad.  He lives for biking.  Throughout his life he has encouraged countless friends to ride including his 3 daughters, and he would say he has taught Angela much of what she knows!   He is a level 3 National Interscholastic Cycling Association mountain bike coach and loves working with kids.

He has been a 4th grade teacher for nearly 20 years!

There is very little that he doesn't enjoy jumping over and off.

Her

Angela began teaching kids to ride in the late 90's.  In recent years she earned her Bike Instructor Certification 1 & 2 to help her better coach the Women on Wheels Mountain Bike Camps.

She is a level 3 National Interscholastic Cycling Association Coach and is known throughout Wisconsin for her work encouraging more women and kids on bikes.   She is also part of the Wisconsin Bike Patrol.
